24 Hour Fitness Weekend

So this weekend Sat and Sun morning I took 24 Lift and 24 SET 60 mins classes. Oh and I dragged my mother along. Im sooo sore its not even funny. I loved the classes and will continue to go, but I am feeling it BIG TIME. All I did after my early morning workout was a little grocery shopping. I don’t even want to move. Hahaha I’m headed back to the gym at 4am in the morning. Even after all the pain, I LOVE WORKING OUT. I found some youtube videos while laying here in bed, I wanted to share with yall…. This is my FAVORITE song right now… These 2 videos killed it and I loved it… Sharing is caring… here you go
